No - it is a structured programme run by weightloss experts and nutritional therapists designed to teach you about good nutrition, provide you with new skills and knowledge and support you in making long term changes to your health, weight and wellbeing.
The average weightloss is between 1 and 3 lb a week. In addition to losing weight, 9 out of 10 report greater energy and 6 out of 10 report greater concentration and memory. Other benefits reported include less dry skin, reduction in blood pressure, less bloating and more stable moods.

No. It is ideal if you can but you can also join during the term time. You will need to have a private consultation though in order to bring you up to speed with the content.
No. We recognise people have different needs and preferences and so we have many options:
- Private consultations. These are useful if you prefer a higher level of personalisation and attention or if you have specific nutritional / emotional / health challenges to address.
- Small workshops (e.g. for you and a friend).
- Post / email with nutritional support.
