Pricing & Availability All product prices are in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or prices that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s). Authenticity We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine, but to find the best prices for our customers we may occasionally sell stock originally intended for sale in other countries around the world, this means that trade names of products and packaging of products may differ from those on sale in the UK. These details will be identified clearly against the product description. Images Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Customer Orders Delivery We are currently able to service customers in the UK, European and Worldwide market. Please click here for details on our delivery charges. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date, however, you can nominate an alternative delivery address if this is more convenient. Simply create an alternative delivery address when you place your order. VERY IMPORTANT! A signature will be required on delivery of the goods for all orders.
Please make sure someone will be available to sign for parcels on delivery. Order Payment Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Pulse Beauty. Returns & Order Cancellation If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 0044 (0)1582 760 390 within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class recorded post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. Cancellation of Orders Except during busy periods, orders are normally despatched within 7 working days of receipt of the order by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have despatched your goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email or fax at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever. If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :- When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Pulse Holdings Ltd. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us. You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order. Order Confirmation You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. This provides a secure link between your computer and our site when transferring personal and payment information.
