UK ShippingFor shipping in the UK, there are two levels - Standard - First Class Post (1-3 days)* - FREE on orders over £30 (£2 otherwise)

Orders £30 and under - £5.50 Orders £95 and under - £4.50 Orders £95 and over - £3.50
*Estimated shipping times are not exact and may vary. **Special delivery items will be delivered the next day after your item is shipped, this may not necessarily be the next day after placing your order. Next day delivery is only available on orders placed Monday-Thursday before 4pm and on items which are in stock. If an item is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible. Overseas ShippingFor shipping to the destintations outside of the UK: - Premium - International Airmail Signed For (5-14 days)* £7.50
For deliveries outside of the EU, there may be a customs charge for local tax and/or duty which the buyer is reponsible for, UK VAT is not charged on orders delivered outside of the EU. Packages may be held at customs until payment is made. *International Airmail Signed For packages will require a signature on delivery. More Information
We will normally send your items within 7 working days. If your item is not in stock, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated delivery date. Returns We believe that you should be completely happy with the product that you have bought. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you can contact us within 7 days to arrange the return of your item. Once your item is returned in it's original packaging and unused and at your own expense, we will refund the cost of the item, excluding any postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. All our items are checked before dispatch to make sure that they are of the highest quality. If your item is faulty for any reason, then please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. Once we have received the faulty item, a replacement will be send. The postage for this replacement is free of charge. If you would prefer a refund for faulty goods the full amount, excluding shipping costs will be returned. Missing Order/ItemsIf you have received your order however it has not been fulfilled as the invoice has stated please contact us as soon as possible so that we can rectify where the problem is. If an item on the order is due to follow it will state this on the invoice In the unlikely event that the entire order is not received in 10 working days please contact us on info@pulseholdings.co.uk or reply to the email order notification. Unfortunately we cannot make any action of a claim before the 10 days as no claim can be made against Royal Mail until this time has passed.
